Accounts
Accounts have been prepared by Moose, shared with Directors by Brian, Directors to review and share with members ahead of AGM

AGM
Announced for 17th October. Need to provide CIC34 (alongside Accounts) for members to read.

Increasing Membership Fees
Discussion on when to increase the fees, agreed for it to be live from end of October.
Board agrees that if the vote is passed then the fee would be increased 28 days later to allow for notice to be sent to all members.

Website Maintenance
Adam and Rob updated WordPress and CivicCRM to the latest versions

Projects

Leaflets / OSMF Grant
No update as Rob not present

TagInfo to Google Sheets npm module
Adam has started work on this on https://github.com/atomoil/osm-taginfo-to-gsheet/tree/feature/support-multiple-ways-of-searching

Interaction/promotion of other UK groups
Jez has helped organise a mapping event with TrekView and Bexhill OSM which is taking place on Friday 25th September.
Discussion around promoting other UK groups via the website.

Quarterly Project Q3
Cycling Infrastructure – lots of tags so no TagInfo script, will use Overpass queries at the end to report back.
Gareth will post to Loomio to discuss Q4 Quarterly Project and have it ready to go.

OSMUK Microgrants
Jez reports Bexhill microgrant is going well.

Review drafted CIC34 Report
Jez and Gareth have drafted, Adam to add numbers from CivicCRM and Adam and Rob to review.

Reports from Events

Missing Maps London Tue 4 Aug
Jez attended online. Missing maps have a very well templated meeting structure and wonders if there is anything we can learn, or any way we could apply this to OSMUK mapping.

OSM Birthday was 10th and 11th August
Happy Birthday OpenStreetMap!

Scotland Open Data Unconference Sept, online
Jez attended and spoke with one of the attendees who finds it hard to find something to focus on. Led to a Director’s discussion around the value of focussed themes.
