Financial Report

Stephen H updated. £4124.90 following £400 transfer from paypal. 1 new member and 4 renewals.

Website updates

CJ will turn off the old AWS website to stop civicrm sending out emails erroneously.
CJ will look at making mappa mercia static.
Steve K to get details from Mythic Beasts and Humap to update supporter details and get info from Mythic Beasts on CiviCRM updates.

Robert W emailed Rob N about how Gridserve collaboration is going but no response yet.

Q2 2025 project – Healthcare

There’s a bit of activity about this on the forums which Robert W is a part of. We were shared https://osm.mathmos.net/healthcare/history/

SotM EU 2025

Robert W went to the virtual meeting that Greg advertised about SotM EU 2025. Permission from OSMF to use the SotM EU name. Dates with the venue. We agreed in principle to appointing Greg as a director to facilitate this. There are funds from OSM Poland from the past SotM EU that we can receive.
We have a github group for tracking activities.
